Supports: CEO, President, and Chief of Staff

About HSR Media

HSR Media is a modern media and investing platform for ambitious women, built at the intersection of media, business, investing, and culture, co-founded by Maggie Sellers Reum in 2023. Our flagship podcast, Hot Smart Rich, is a Top 10 Business podcast featuring candid conversations with the founders, investors, creators, and cultural figures shaping what comes next.

In December 2025, Hot Smart Rich announced a landmark seven-figure strategic investment from FlightStory, the global media and investment company co-founded by Steven Bartlett, host of The Diary of a CEO, the second-largest podcast in the world. The partnership backs our ambition to build the biggest female ambition brand of the next decade.

Our world sits somewhere between the Wall Street Journal and your For You Page. We are equally interested in what everyone is talking about and the business behind why it matters, helping our audience understand not just what is happening, but what it signals about where the world is going.

The Role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, President, and Chief of Staff and create meaningful leverage across the company.

You will own the administrative and logistical work that would otherwise consume leadership's time: scheduling, travel, meetings, expenses, events, and business and personal coordination. You report to the President, with day-to-day priorities coordinated through the Chief of Staff so you always have a clear answer on what comes first. As part of supporting the CEO, you will also serve as the coordination point between HSR and the Reum family support team, keeping business schedules, personal commitments, travel, and logistics aligned. You coordinate with that team; you do not replace it.

One thing to know before you read further: this role is built for someone who anticipates. The right person does not wait for tasks to be assigned. You see what needs to happen before anyone asks, take ownership of the details, and continually look for ways to make the people and systems around you more efficient. If you thrive on clear direction and a defined task list, this will not be the right fit. If you are the person who has already handled it by the time someone thinks to mention it, keep reading.

What You Will Own

Calendars and scheduling. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, appointments, and day-to-day logistics across HSR's leadership team, resolving conflicts before they reach leadership.

Travel. Coordinate local, domestic, and international travel and transportation, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changes.

Meetings, events, and key moments. Coordinate internal and external meetings, reservations, events, podcast recordings, shoots, and other key moments, and anticipate what leadership needs for each before they ask.

Family team coordination. Serve as the coordination point between HSR and the Reum family support team for schedules, personal commitments, travel, and logistics.

Administration. Manage expenses, receipts, reimbursements, documents, contacts, and recurring administrative needs. Own follow-ups, action items, and logistics without requiring leadership oversight.

Systems and efficiency. Identify recurring work that can be taken off leadership's plates, streamlined, automated, or handled more efficiently, and proactively leverage AI and technology to improve how the team runs.

What Success Looks Like

By 60 days, you own calendars, travel, and logistics end to end. Details do not get dropped: no missed calendar entries, no errors in bookings or documents, no instructions that need repeating. Leadership has stopped double-checking your work because it has never needed correcting.
